since now, cabro has provided services to more than 1000 factories which their production line was ceased due to malfunction of the gearboxes. the servises ranges from phone call customer servies to send professional repair teams and producing Technical repair ID and helping companies manage stock parts of their gearboxes efficiently. besides, the company’s workshop in Karaj old road manufacures gears for gearbox repairs with the most advanced machinery.
Right at the time of increasing international trade sanctions to Iran and when there was a growing concern to provide Gearbox and stock parts for manufacturing companies, Cabro introduced Elecon, which is one of the largest gearbox manufacturers in the world. and started selling its production to different factories in various industries since 2008. currently Elecon has the largest market share in the small and medium gearbox industry.
Among the various services of Cabro to Iran Industry, we can point out to educating more than 1000 technical managers and technicians in different industries.Cabro held 3 educational programs with cooperation of ELECON and based on the result of its research on industrial gearboxes. the first programe was designed for managers and its theme was about choosing the right gearbox and explaning the important factors to choose a high quality gearbox as well as explaining the importance of service factor in industrial gearboxes. the second program was about maintenance and repair as well as assembly and dismanting. the last programe was designed for top managers and was about the stock part management and assessing the gearbox manufacturers.
Cabro established the first professional center for industrial gearboxes in Iran. this center is equipped with the most modern machinery for assembly, dismantling, gearing, stoning, testing, measuring, etc; and is able to give overhaul services and other services like making technical ID and testing gearboxes as well as after sales services for ELECON gearboxes
in order to help gearbox industry develop, cabro held the first international conference about industrial gearboxes in iran. this conference was held in IRIB international conference center and more than 200 managers from 80 different industries attendted this conference. this conference was also supported by dozend of larg organizations in Iran among them, home of industry, mine and trade and the comittee of manufacturers of steel.
Cabro started its way through the research and developement in Industrial gearboxes with 3 main research projects. the first project was about the expenses of gearbox malfunction in different industries and the second project which was the result of studying 500 different cases in 5 years, was about the causes and roots of gearbox malfunctions and suggesting the solutions to avoid main malfunctions. the result of this project presented in the first conference of industrial gearbox Iran. the last project was about the common mistakes in repairing Industrial gearboxes. this project was done by collecting information for more than 500 cases in different industries in this project we considered successfull repairs, as repairs which led to at least 3 continues performance of gearboxes after each action and it turned out that more than 50 percent of gearbox repairs are unsuccessfu repairs. the results o this research was presented in a seminar in 2016 in Tehran, Iran
Cabro held the first conference about “common mistakes in gearbox repairing” in 2016 at Ferdowsi Hotel.
Cabro has the representative certificate of Radicon England which is the largest manufacturer of motorgearbox in England. this company also hold the representative certificate of Banzlers Sweden which is the largest gearbox manufacturer in Sweden and the largest manufacturer of scre jacks in Europe. Cabro has also been able to provide gearboxes and stock parts during the sanctions over the country.
Since now, cabro professional team has published dozens of articles about industrial gearboxes and power transmission in different journals.
